Job Description.

This role is for individuals with a med-high level of experience in social media management and content management. This role and will require the ability to work independently, plan, implement and roll out social media and content campaigns across multiple clients.


Potential candidates need to:

  • Understand client’s business and audience and create engaging content across digital platforms
  • Understand and analyse user behavior to devise monthly brand strategies
  • Work with design team to devise creative strategies
  • Liaise with client on a regular basis
  • Ensure online community engagement across all brands at all times
  • Generate creative ideas to build innovative and disrupting campaigns
  • Lead and manage junior copywriter to ensure client expectations are met
  • Drive workshops and idea labs with teams
  • Have a strong focus on social media strategy and content creation
  • Have the ability to think creatively and outside of the box
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
