The Challenge

Honda South Africa had a strong track record in digital campaigns with WeFuse, focusing on quality over quantity in lead generation.

But there was a critical gap: once leads were captured, there was no visibility into their quality or conversion potential. Marketing could not see which leads were poor, average, or high value, limiting optimisation and wasting spend.

Post-Covid, pressure grew to close this gap. The task seemed straightforward, integrate a lead management tool. But we saw an opportunity to do more: connect marketing and sales data into a single, intelligent feedback loop that would inform targeting, creative, and budget allocation in real time.

The Approach

We started by reframing the problem:

How could we create a system that didn’t just capture leads, but actively learned from them to drive better campaigns? Through our Discover, Define, Design, Deliver (DDDD) process with Honda stakeholders, we identified that: 

  • Nearly half of Honda’s dealer network already used the LMS Leads Management System.
  • Integration with the local CMS could unify the sales funnel and deliver end-to-end visibility.
  • Real-time data could be fed back into campaign targeting to reduce wastage and improve ROI.
  • This shaped our strategy: integrate LMS into Honda’s marketing stack, optimise web touchpoints, and build a hyper-personalised journey that would adapt to user behaviour dynamically.

Dynamic content personalisation based on model interest, location, and historical interactions. A hybrid-intending visitor, for example, saw eco-friendly content, local dealer offers, and test-drive prompts in real time.

Seamless LMS Integration


Connected Honda’s CMS and paid media channels directly to LMS, ensuring all leads flowed instantly into dealer systems.

Meta Webhook Automation

Fed paid media leads straight into LMS for immediate sales team follow-up.

Targeted Deals Page Redesign

Introduced segmented CTAs to channel users into the most relevant lead forms for their intent.

Campaign Intelligence Loop

Lead quality data-informed audience targeting, shifting spend toward high-converting channels and models.
