Honda South Africa had a strong track record in digital campaigns with WeFuse, focusing on quality over quantity in lead generation.

How could we create a system that didn’t just capture leads, but actively learned from them to drive better campaigns? Through our Discover, Define, Design, Deliver (DDDD) process with Honda stakeholders, we identified that:
Dynamic content personalisation based on model interest, location, and historical interactions. A hybrid-intending visitor, for example, saw eco-friendly content, local dealer offers, and test-drive prompts in real time.
Connected Honda’s CMS and paid media channels directly to LMS, ensuring all leads flowed instantly into dealer systems.
Fed paid media leads straight into LMS for immediate sales team follow-up.
Introduced segmented CTAs to channel users into the most relevant lead forms for their intent.
Lead quality data-informed audience targeting, shifting spend toward high-converting channels and models.
Result: We turned Honda’s marketing into a next-gen sales engine, smarter campaigns, better leads, and total visibility.
Dealers reported faster response times, better-qualified leads, and improved close rates. Internally, Honda now runs a smarter, data-driven marketing engine, one that continuously learns, adapts, and delivers more with less.
